IPSU: Innoviris relaunches its support for International Project Set Up !
Innoviris provides financial support to organisations wishing to submit an international RDI project.
This support, of up to €8,000 (if project partner) or €15,000 (if project coordinator), is aimed at non-economic organisations of any kind (universities, colleges, research centres, non-profit organisations, public sector … with the exception of public bodies of the Brussels regional entity that are not eligible), provided they meet the following conditions:
Have at least one head office in the Brussels-Capital Region;
- Carry out RDI activities within the project under preparation;
- Justify the incentive effect of the aid;
- The project must not have been set up before the aid application was submitted;
- Have fulfilled their obligations under previous grants awarded by the Region:
- Be the sole sponsor, or a consortium, of an RDI project to be submitted under one of the eligible programmes;
- Not have already received public support for the tasks included in the project set up.
The international programmes eligible for IPSU support are specified in our regulations (these are programmes under Horizon Europe). If you have any doubts about the eligibility of your programme, please contact your Innoviris scientific advisor.
The methods of support, the conditions of eligibility, the eligible programmes and the type of expenses accepted are described in the regulations available below.
Associations, NGOs and public authorities must also submit to Innoviris an official document called a “declaration of activities”. This document will be analyzed to determine the economic or non-economic nature of their activities, and thus their eligibility for IPSU support (reserved for non-economic organisations).
If you are interested, please complete the form below (in French or Dutch) and return it to ghubert@innoviris.brussels no earlier than one month before the official launch date of the international call for projects to which the IPSU grant refers, and no later than one month before its closure.
NB: To set up projects under Horizon Europe, Innoviris encourages you to consult the NCP team (National Contact Points for Horizon Europe), which has all the necessary expertise to guide you towards the right funding programmes for your needs, help you find partnerships, review your projects before submission, etc. For more information, click on the following link here.
