What are accounting guidelines?
Our accounting guidelines will help you correctly carry out the accounting part of your project.
They are accompanied by a pdf document and an Excel file.
In the pdf document, we explain the categories of expenditure and eligible costs to be completed in the Excel file.
Why are accounting guidelines important?
To report fully and transparently, it is important to provide the necessary supporting documents. That way, you can also comply with the agreement you signed at the start of your project. This will optimise the analysis by the Audit of Subsidies team and speed up the release of the instalments.
What documents are needed?
In the toolbox at the bottom of this page you will find all the necessary documents for guidelines.
We divide all projects into three groups, based on the date your project was submitted or on the launch date of the project call.
- all projects started before 2021
- all projects submitted between 01/01/2021 and 29/02/2024*
- from 01/03/2024*
- all open-calls opened as of 01/03/2024
- all project calls launched as of 01/03/2024
* An Excel template accompanies the guidelines (2021 + 2024). This is a Zip file containing a macro. It is important to download and unzip the file before using it (version 2024 available soon).
Here are some tips:
- download the template from our website;
- go to your downloads in Explorer;
- unzip the downloaded file;
- go to the properties of the Excel file (not the unzipped folder);
- tick 'Unblock' (at the bottom of the General menu);
- Note that this is crucial for macros to work properly.
