In Belgian higher education, women are underrepresented in scientific, technological, engineering and mathematical (STEM) courses. At the same time, the labour market often struggles with a shortage of higher educated STEM profiles. In order to tackle these trends, Innoviris is again this year looking for an ambassadress who gets young women in Brussels excited about science and technology. In order to do so, the science ambassadress receives €10,000.
